Everyone will benefit from attending this event, from the undecided college freshmen to the college senior getting ready to graduate and take on the unfamiliar obstacles of a real career. You will learn imperative skills, strategies, tips, tricks, and much more from real-life professionals as they share their own perspectives and experiences. You will also learn important interview etiquette as they discuss specific qualities employers look for in potential employee candidates and guide you through the different elements that contribute to creating the perfect resume. The majors highlighted during this Career Day event include Teaching, Nursing, Computer Information Technology, Hospitality, and Psychology. Guest speakers featured at the event include Savio Almeida, Robyn Klenk, Lianna Fernandes, and 2 of LSC-Cyfair's very own professors: Dr. Blake Ellis and Johnathan Durm. LSC Career Day begins at 9 a.m. in the Universe room of the LSC-University Park Conference Center building. Lunch is included, so bring your appetite for sandwiches and thirst for knowledge!
